I started with PrePass in 1997 working in customer service, billing and now as a project manager at PrePass Safety Alliance. I love the opportunity to help and educate others whether it is customers, drivers or co-workers. In recent years, I trained new PrePass Safety Alliance staff and visited PrePass sites to train officers on the PrePass system. Seeing the reaction from officers when they realize we can make their job easier by offering numerous capabilities in one system is unforgettable.
