How do I bypass Florida agricultural inspection facilities?

You must complete and send a Florida Agricultural and Electronic Bill of Lading Pre-Clearance Program Application to PrePass.

You can fax your completed and signed form to 1-866-437-2301, email it to [email protected] or mail it to PrePass Ag, 2500 South 3850 West, Suite C, West Valley City, UT 84120.

PrePass will then submit these forms to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for approval. Florida will notify you directly of your approval status by mail.
