  • Kansas (KTA): 69 Express, express lanes between 103rd and 151st streets – expected January 2026 
  • Florida (FCE): Clay County segment 2 began tolling Sept 15, 2025  
  • Virginia (VDOT): 495 Express Lanes extension – expected late 2025/early 2026 
  • Maryland (MDTA): I-95 NB Extension, 6.5 mile extension of I-95 Express – now open 
  • Texas (TEXpress): New lanes on I-635 East and I-30 in Tarrant County – expected late 2025 
  • Texas (CTRMA): 183A 5 mile extension from Hero Way to SH 29 – now open 

Please note: Many agencies adjust rates annually based on inflation (CPI), often without formal announcements.
