PHOENIX, AZ — February 19, 2026 — PrePass®, a leading provider of weigh station bypass and toll payment solutions and one of the nation’s most trusted mobility platforms for commercial fleets, today announced the appointment of Stephanie Wilkinson as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), effective January 22, 2026.

The newly created Chief Customer Officer role underscores PrePass’s continued growth and national leadership in helping fleets operate more safely and efficiently across North America. As CCO, Wilkinson will be primarily responsible for ensuring customers get what they need at every stage of their journey with PrePass. She will lead all customer-facing functions and oversee the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and implementation to support, success, and renewal — acting as a central conduit between customers and the company to ensure their voices are heard, their expectations are exceeded, and their outcomes are measurable.

Wilkinson brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across customer success, support, and customer operations within SaaS and technology organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Customer Officer at Simpro, where she led a comprehensive transformation of the customer journey and helped drive revenue growth and global scale.

Prior to Simpro, Wilkinson held multiple senior leadership roles at Adobe, including Vice President of Customer Success and Sales for Adobe’s Digital Experience business, leading customer engagement strategies across a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue. She joined Adobe through its acquisition of Magento, where she held global responsibility for technical support and customer success teams.
