PrePass makes it easy for fleet managers and owner/operators to manage their tolling charges with INFORM™ Tolling and the helpful dashboard where you can view toll charges (current, by month and year-over-year), max toll costs, compare toll costs by agencies and more.
To make it easier to view toll violations and their status, PrePass has introduced ‘Violations Management’. You can check the status of a toll violation, and more importantly, see your total dollar savings per violation that you’ve saved with PrePass. It’s available now for all PrePass Tolling customers.
To start, log into your PrePass tolls account, select INFORM™ Tolling, and on the left hand side, look for ‘Violations Management’.
Active and Resolved violations
View violations that are active (in process) and resolved. Easily sort to view violations details and download.
Status
Check the status of your toll violations – in progress, appeal or payment – to understand status of your violations.
Search by plate
Search for active and resolved violations by plate number – helpful for billing and tracking.
