With increasing concerns about the health of the U.S. economy and ever lingering fears about new federal regulations for trucking, it’s not too late to prepare for what may be headed your way in the New Year.

Watch this informative one-hour webinar “Economic Factors and Trucking Regulations to Watch in 2020,” presented by PrePass, as two leading experts explain how your trucking business could be affected.

Economist Donald Broughton takes an overview of where the economy is now, where it’s headed in 2020, and what it means for trucking companies. Former FMCSA Deputy Administrator Warren Hoemann details the status of trucking rules in the pipeline, how they may turn out and what new rules the federal government has in store for trucking.

Donald Broughton is the principal and managing partner at Broughton Capital LLC, a deep-data driven quantitative economic and equity research firm. Prior to starting Broughton Capital, he spent nine years as the chief market strategist and senior transportation analyst for Avondale Partners.

Warren Hoemann served as deputy administrator at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration from 2003-2006. During his more than 40 years of trucking experience he was also a senior vice president at the American Trucking Associations and the California Trucking Association.

The webinar is moderated by veteran freelance trucking journalist Evan Lockridge, host of the PrePass “Eyes on the Road” podcast.
